When 美高梅集团 Technology® expanded operations from New Delhi, India, to Gurgaon and Hyderabad, the goal was simple: to build a world-class business unit committed to creating Fanatical Experience™ for every customer, employee, and partner.

Delivering our core mission also means empowering our India Rackers to invest in their learning and development. With more than 2,200 Rackers now based in the region, we’ve expanded our opportunities to include advanced customer relationship-building, cultural lunches, and learning sessions.
Additionally, in 2021, in India, the average completion rate of our 52+ Learning Hours initiative via 美高梅集团 University was 70%. And the number of technical certifications for those Rackers soared to over 2,500.
Our India Center of Excellence
Building a world-class service delivery center allowed us to be innovative in our approach to operational excellence. For example, the center operates as a 100% subsidiary of 美高梅集团 Technology. The organization owns and operates the business unit and does not outsource to third-party service providers or contractors. In addition, from day one, every new full-time hire is a 美高梅集团 Technology employee with access to our regional and global benefits packages.
Additionally, we created a regional in-country reporting structure to better support Racker’s performance management, compensation, and career development. And in 2021, we launched our Agile Performance practice. The program was developed based on Racker’s feedback and the needs of the business. It is a coaching-based approach to performance management that develops our talent, drives alignment to business priorities, and focuses our efforts on outcomes and achievements.

The Innovative Leadership Program is a nomination-based, six-month program with six-hour interactive sessions, keynote speakers, and additional curated content to cultivate talent within 美高梅集团 Technology. This year, 42 participants from India, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong joined the program, with more than 25% of the nominees being female leaders.
Certified Best Place to Work - India
In March, 美高梅集团 Technology was certified as a Great Place to Work in India by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The Institute is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing High-Trust, High-Performance Cultures within workplaces.
